Nick Swift

Nick Swift has a solid background in various roles within the real estate industry. Nick began their career at Bounty Minerals LLC as a Land/Lease Analyst from May 2015 to September 2016. Nick then moved on to Skywalker Property Partners as an Acquisition Analyst from October 2016 to October 2018. Currently, they are employed at LXP Industrial Trust, where they started as a Transaction Analyst in October 2018 and worked their way up to Assistant Vice President from February 2022 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President from December 2022 onwards.

Nick Swift attended the University of North Texas from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Investments. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Dallas Baptist University from 2012 to 2014.
