Karen James

Karen James has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Karen began their career in 1986 at KinderCare, where they worked as a Director and Executive Assistant for 14 years. Following this, they joined Stoney Creek Press in 2000 as a Publisher and Author. After five years, they transitioned to Comarco Wireless Technologies, where they served as an HR Manager and Office Manager, providing executive support and administering employee benefits programs. Since 2009, Karen has been working at Lexipol, LLC as a Senior Sales Executive and Western Region Sales Team Lead. In this role, they collaborate with law enforcement and fire agency leaders, guiding them towards implementing Lexipol policy management solution tailored to their unique needs. Karen's success is attributed to their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to finding the best solutions for their clients.

Karen James received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child Development & Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, from 1982 to 1986. Karen also obtained a Certificate in Contract Management from UC Irvine in 2011 and 2012.
