Amal currently holds the position of Education, Leisure and Wellbeing Programme Manager at Leyton Sixth Form College, overseeing multiple curriculum areas including Health & Social Care, Applied Psychology, Travel & Tourism, Early Years, and Sports since August 2013. Amal has also served as a Professional Learning & Development Manager, focusing on the College's CPD strategy, and as Humanities Programme Manager, managing 20 staff members and leading various educational initiatives. Previous roles include Liaison and Transition Lead, Aim High Co-ordinator for Humanities & Social Sciences, EPQ Co-ordinator, and Criminology Assistant Programme Manager. Amal's earlier experience includes teaching at Winton Arts & Media College and Bridgemary Community Sports College, along with a brief role as a Sports Coach at Training Dayz. Amal holds a Master's degree in Education, Teaching and Learning and a Master's level PGCE from the University of Southampton, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University.
