Karen Rapiejko

Karen Rapiejko has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. karen started their career in 1994 as a Senior Research Associate at Genzyme Genetics. karen then worked as a Scientist in R&D at GTC Biotherapeutics from 2001 to 2004. After that, they joined rEVO Biologics as a Compliance Specialist and Technical Data Reviewer from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, they joined LFB USA, where they held various roles including Manager of Compliance and Technical Data, Manager of Data Integrity and Compliance, and Associate Director of Compliance. Currently, they are serving as the Director of QA Compliance at LFB USA. In addition to their industry experience, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at New England Institute: Mount Ida College from 1994 to 1999.

Karen Rapiejko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University. karen also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Arts (Education) from Stony Brook University Graduate School. Furthermore, they hold a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology, also from Stony Brook University Graduate School. In addition to their degrees, Karen has obtained certifications including ASQ Certified Biomedical Auditor (CBA) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA and ASQ Certified Medical Device Auditor from ASQ - World Headquarters. The ASQ certifications were both obtained in July 2019.
