Connie Sonier, SHRM-SCP, has worked in various roles within the human resources field since 1994. Connie began their career at Quality Publishing as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator, where they worked until 2007. In that same year, they joined LGI Development as a Benefits/Payroll Administrator. From there, they moved to LGI Homes Corporate, LLC, where they held the position of HR Administrator until December 2015. Connie then advanced to become the Vice President of Human Resources at LGI Homes Corporate, LLC. As of now, they are still employed in this role.
