Michael Caruso

Michael Caruso, CSA, ITIL Expert, and PMP, is a seasoned IT Service Management professional with extensive experience in ITIL process development, improvement, and implementation. Currently, as a Senior ITSM Analyst at LHC Group, Michael leads initiatives to enhance the ITIL enablement program. Previous roles include Servicing System Manager at GM Financial, where management of production support resources occurred, and Director of Production Support at Trintech, Inc., overseeing a team responsible for a Cloud-based production environment. As Managing Principal at ITSM Professional Consulting, Michael provided ITIL consulting and training services to organizations. Michael began a career with Sodexo as IT Manager and Lead ESM Engineer, managing critical IT operations and processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
