Debi Barnes

Debi Barnes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee experience, talent acquisition, and career transition consulting. Currently serving as a Career Transition Consultant at LHH since March 2023, Debi supports candidates through personal branding, resume building, and interview preparation. Prior roles include Senior Employee Experience Partner at Uber Freight, where guidance was provided to managers and employees on HR matters, and Human Resources Manager for Talent Acquisition at A-dec Inc., where full-cycle recruiting was managed. Debi also held positions at Willamette Dental Group, Con-way, Inc., and Standard Insurance Company, focusing on employee relations, HR programs, and strategic support for business goals. Debi holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oregon State University.
