Holly Pullinger MRICS

Holly Pullinger MRICS has a range of experience in the property and development industry. Holly is currently the Head of Property at Liaise, where they began their role in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Development Manager at Perseus Land & Developments Limited from December 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Perseus, Holly was a Development Manager at Octopus Real Estate from April 2018 to December 2019, and an Investment Surveyor from July 2015 to April 2018.

Holly's work experience also includes a role as a Paralegal at the University of Southampton from August 2011 to February 2012.

Holly Pullinger MRICS has a diverse educational background. Holly attended Farnborough Sixth Form College where they obtained their AS and A Levels. Holly then pursued further education at the University College of Estate Management, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) with Distinction in Real Estate. Additionally, they studied at the University of Surrey and obtained a First Class Honours degree in Law, specifically a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Moreover, Holly Pullinger MRICS holds the prestigious professional certification of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), which they obtained from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in November 2018.
