Crystal Gutierrez is a Senior Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual Surety™, with experience in all product lines (Contract, Commercial and Fidelity). Crystal has been with the company since February 2004 and also serves as a UAT Lead, works on special projects, and provides support to Field Operations. Prior to their current role, Crystal was an Underwriting Assistant - Surety at Kemper Insurance from August 2001 to January 2004. Crystal graduated from W.W. Samuel H.S. in 2000. Crystal is known for their ability to multitask in a high volume environment and provide workflow suggestions and solutions.
