Jim Koenig

Jim Koenig has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the field of surety. Jim began their career at General Accident/CGU as a Bond Manager, where they oversaw the hiring of staff, implemented operating procedures, and achieved significant new business production. In 2000, they joined Liberty Mutual Surety as a Bond Manager responsible for the Midwest territory, which eventually expanded to cover three states. During their time at Liberty Mutual Surety, Jim successfully integrated new agents, employees, accounts, and systems following several acquisitions. Jim was also promoted to Regional Manager - Vice President, overseeing the Midwest Region and leading a team responsible for underwriting, marketing, and business development. Jim has consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver long-term profitable growth and provide guidance for the professional development of underwriting staff.

Jim Koenig attended Bradley University from 1976 to 1978, where they studied Business Management and Finance and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
