Xhoj Hysenaj has a diverse range of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on business analysis and data-driven decision-making. Xhoj has worked at Liberty Mutual Surety™ since 2017, starting as a Business Analyst II - US Operations and progressing to roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Principal Business Analyst. In these roles, they have been responsible for streamlining data processes and reporting, developing dashboards and tools using PowerBI and VBA, and providing actionable insights for various business units.

Prior to joining Liberty Mutual Surety™, Xhoj Hysenaj worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance starting in 2013. Xhoj participated in the Business Analytics Development Program, working in different analytical departments. Xhoj Hysenaj holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. In 2014 and 2015, they also studied German Language and Literature at Heidelberg University. Xhoj then pursued further business education, obtaining a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online in 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2025.
