Jim Marsden

Jim Marsden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Vice President and Sr. Director of Identity & Access Management within Global Cybersecurity at Liberty Mutual Insurance since April 2014, Jim has previously held multiple leadership roles in IT, including Global Information Security Development & Delivery and US Consumer Market Claims. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Jim spent 14 years at IBM, where responsibilities included directing the development of web mail clients and managing the delivery of IBM Notes and Workplace Messaging. Jim’s career began at Liberty Mutual in 1989, progressing through various management roles, including Director of Commercial Markets IT. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Southern Maine.
