Marilyn Schumm

Marilyn (Mary) Schumm, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and relationship building, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Manager of Special Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance since April 1996. In this role, Marilyn contributes to business vision development, manages personnel, and coordinates interdepartmental activities to enhance client relationships and ensure project efficiency. Previously, Marilyn held the position of Director of Partnerships at Remember Nhu, where strong relationships with churches, schools, and businesses were developed to support child sponsorship initiatives. Marilyn began a career at MetLife as a Help Desk Consultant, providing technical support to customers. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management from Taylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
