Steve Burrow

Steve Burrow, MBA, serves as the Director of Vendor Data Strategy and Analytics at Liberty Mutual Insurance since December 2022. With extensive experience in vendor management, Burrow previously worked at USAA for nearly a decade, where roles included Vendor Management Consultant and Director of 3rd Party Contact Centers, focusing on risk management and operational improvements. Prior positions include Workforce Consultant at Randstad and various managerial roles at TD Ameritrade, where strategic implementation and team development were key responsibilities. Burrow holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BA in Business Administration from Baylor University.
