Karen Cowan

Karen Cowan has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Karen recently served as the Head of Processing at Liberty Reverse Mortgage starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Experience at PHH Mortgage, starting in 2020. Karen spent a significant portion of their career at USAA Federal Savings Bank, where they held various roles including National Mortgage Operations Executive, Executive Mortgage Banker, Site Operations Manager, and Executive Director from 1990 to 2020.

Karen Cowan received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the Incarnate Word.
