Chris Hilborn has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chris started their professional career as a Project Manager/Engineer at Hatch Associates, where they worked from 1996 to 2000. Chris then joined A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm, first as an Associate from 2003 to 2005, and later as a Manager from 2005 to 2006.

After their time at A.T. Kearney, Chris moved to Bell, a telecommunications company, where they held several roles. Chris served as Director of Internal Consulting from 2006 to 2008, Director of Loyalty and Retention Marketing from 2008 to 2011, and Director of Channel Marketing, Residential Service, and Mobility from 2011 to 2012. During their tenure at Bell, they successfully implemented strategies to improve customer experience, retention, and revenue growth.

Following their successful stint at Bell, Chris worked at Medisys, a healthcare service provider, as the Vice President of Shared Services from 2014 to 2016, and then as the Group Vice President of Human Resources & Shared Services from 2016 to 2018. In these roles, they played a significant role in driving revenue growth, service improvement, and operational effectiveness.

Most recently, Chris served as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Enercare Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Chris excelled in this position by focusing on customer experience and leading initiatives to improve call center quality, service speed, and issue resolution.

Currently, Chris Hilborn holds the position of Vice President, Customer Insights and Solutions at Liberty Utilities, starting from August 2020.

Chris Hilborn received their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University in 1994. Chris then pursued further education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, earning an MBA in General Management from 2000 to 2002.
