Hayley Sirmon

Director, Customer Experience at Liberty Utilities

Hayley Sirmon has a strong background in customer service and customer care. Hayley started their career at The Empire District Electric Company in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative in both credit and collections, as well as the contact center. In 2015, they joined Liberty, where they held various roles including Customer Care Manager, Senior Manager of Customer Care, and most recently, the Director of Customer Experience.

Hayley Sirmon studied at Missouri Southern State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History in 2009. Hayley later pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management, which they completed in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Hayley attended the Missouri State University MBA Program and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
