Frank Dobrinski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank began their career at GE in 1987, where they held increasingly responsible senior HR business partner roles. Frank then joined Enerpac, a leading-edge global company, as the Corporate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. After a successful tenure at Enerpac, Frank moved on to Saint-Gobain North America as the Group Executive for Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. Frank later joined Raytheon Technologies as the World-Wide Senior Director for HR, Patriot Programs, where they were responsible for driving HR initiatives for a $2.2B business. Frank then moved on to ENGIE North America Inc., where they served as the Senior Director for Human Resources, leading the HR function for their Power Generation, Renewables & LNG/Gas SBU's. Currently, Frank is Regional Director for Human Resources at Liberty Corp., responsible for the East Region of the company.

Frank Dobrinski holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management Leadership from Babson College, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they completed GE's two-year rotational HR Leadership Development Program at Crotonville Alumni.
