Frank Dobrinski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frank began their career at GE in 1987, where they held increasingly responsible senior HR business partner roles. Frank then joined Enerpac, a leading-edge global company, as the Corporate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Frank then moved on to ENGIE North America Inc., where they served as the Senior Director for Human Resources, leading the HR function for their Power Generation, Renewables & LNG/Gas SBU's. Currently, Frank is Regional Director for Human Resources at Liberty Corp., responsible for the East Region of the company.

Frank Dobrinski holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management Leadership from Babson College, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they completed GE's two-year rotational HR Leadership Development Program at Crotonville Alumni.
