Matthew Decourcey

Matthew DeCourcey has a diverse work history in the energy sector. Matthew most recently served as the Vice President of Rates and Regulatory Strategy at Liberty, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, Matthew held the position of Managing Director at FTI Consulting from March 2018 to August 2021. Matthew also worked as a Principal at Concentric Energy Advisors from January 2016 to February 2018, and as a Senior Consultant at Levitan & Associates, Inc. from October 2004 to December 2015.

Matthew DeCourcey has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from UMass Boston, and an MBA with a focus on Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
