Karla Knowlton

Karla Knowlton GPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Libra Solutions, where they were responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of HR at VadaTech Inc., a hi-tech engineering and manufacturing company. Karla also worked as the Human Resources Leader for the Americas at JLG Industries, a global leader in access equipment design and manufacturing. Karla has extensive experience in the vacation ownership industry, having held the position of Human Resources Leader for Consumer Finance at Wyndham Destinations. Karla also worked at VadaTech Inc. as the Global Director of HR, overseeing North America, AsiaPac, and the EU. Earlier in their career, Karla provided senior-level HR support as a Human Resources Advisor at Citibank and was a People Development Manager at Clearwire.

Karla Knowlton GPHR, SHRM-SCP holds an Executive Masters of Human Resources Management from Cornell University. Karla also obtained a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to these degrees, Karla earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras. Karla has additional certifications including being a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
