Kenneth Seiler is an accomplished professional with experience in compliance and legal counsel roles in various financial firms. Kenneth currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel at LibreMax Capital, LLC. Prior to this, Kenneth held similar positions at Armistice Capital LLC, SHENKMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, INC, Broadfin Capital LLC, Prosiris Capital Management LP, and Saiers Capital, LLC. Kenneth also worked as an Associate at The Regulatory Fundamentals Group LLC and Anderson Kill.
