Michelle Podolsky

Michelle Podolsky is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel at Monarch Alternative Capital LP since December 2013, Podolsky has a strong foundation in restructuring as evidenced by a previous role as a Restructuring Associate at Brown Rudnick from October 2012 to November 2013. Prior experience includes positions as a Portfolio Administrator at Allianz Global Investors and in equity derivatives at Bear, Stearns International Limited. Podolsky holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, Magna Cum Laude, from New York Law School, where Michelle was also a Law Review Editor, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Business Law from Penn State University.
