Ksenija Štrekelj

Ksenija Štrekelj is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Engagement at Lidl Slovenija since April 2020. Prior to this role, Ksenija worked as the Leadership Services Manager at Amrop Adria and as the Professional Staffing Director for The Adecco Group, where responsibilities included permanent placement and people development solutions across the Adriatic region. With a strong foundation in career transition coaching at Lee Hecht Harrison and extensive experience at Adecco in talent development and HR operations, Ksenija has developed expertise in areas such as talent identification, employee engagement, and change management. Ksenija holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Ljubljana and Universidade da Coruña.
