Aude Latreille Phifer

Aude Latreille Phifer is an experienced professional in culture and training management, currently serving as Culture Manager and previously in various managerial roles at LLB since August 2016. Prior to this, Aude worked at Hilti from June 1999 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing global training portfolios, marketing competence, and operations for training centers. Key achievements at Hilti involved the redesign of the Marketing Management training program, the introduction of diverse training formats, and leading a virtual team across multiple countries. Aude holds a Master's degree in Business from HEC Paris and a Master's in International Management from CEMS, The Global Alliance in Management Education.
