Shanshan Tang

Shanshan Tang has a diverse work experience in the biotech/genomics field. From April 2021 to October 2022, they worked at Life Science Angels as an Investment Fellow, eventually taking on the role of Lead Investment Fellow in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gladstone Institutes from August 2012 to March 2021, starting as a Staff Research Associate I and progressing to Senior Research Associate, Staff Research Associate III, and Research Scientist.

Shanshan Tang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Shanshan Tang has acquired several certifications, including the edX Verified Certificate for The Foundations of Happiness at Work from edX in August 2022, the Certificate for the 2021 Inclusive Leadership Institute Program from Pneumos in May 2022, and the Certificate for the "Behavioral Science of Management" - Global Network for Advanced Management, EMBA Global Network Week from the Yale School of Management in July 2021.
