Alison Anderson has a extensive background in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism therapy. Alison started their career as an ABA Therapist in 2003 while working self-employed. Alison then joined The Applied Behavior Center for Autism in 2007 and held various roles including ABA Therapist, Program Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and Director of Training. In 2016, Alison became the Director of Behavior Consultant Mentorship at Centria Healthcare until 2018. Alison then worked at Bridges Autism Therapies/Circle City ABA as a BCBA/Clinical Trainer before joining Collaborating for Kids, LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Alison served as the Clinical Director at Little Star ABA before becoming the Director of Clinical Services at Life Skills Autism Academy in 2023.

Alison Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Butler University, which they obtained in 2005. Alison then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in School Psychology from Ball State University, from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they attended the Florida Institute of Technology, where they earned a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from 2007 to 2009. Alison obtained their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in May 2010.
