Joel Thomas Stepanek

Joel Thomas Stepanek began their work experience in 2007 as the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In 2012, they joined Life Teen, Inc. as the Life Support Coordinator. Joel Thomas then progressed to the role of Director of Resource Development in 2014. Currently, Joel holds the position of Vice President of Parish Services at Life Teen, Inc.

Joel Thomas Stepanek began their education journey in 2013 at the Fordham University Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education. Joel Thomas pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Religious Education, which they successfully completed in 2015. Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Joel enrolled at the Colorado State University Global in 2021. Here, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
