J Bush

J Bush has a strong work experience spanning over 30 years in various roles and industries. Most recently, starting in 2023, they served as the VP of Compensation and Payroll at Life Time Inc. Prior to that, J held multiple leadership positions at United Natural Foods, ConAgra Foods, CenturyLink, US Bank, Sprint, and Hallmark Cards Inc. Their roles included Vice President - Total Rewards, Senior Director Compensation, Director Executive Compensation, and Financial Analyst. J also served in the Kansas Army National Guard as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Overall, J has extensive experience in compensation, payroll, and human resources management.

J Bush attended Rockhurst High School from 1987 to 1990. J then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English at Rockhurst University from 1990 to 1994. Afterwards, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Rockhurst University from 1994 to 1996.
