Claudia Silva has extensive work experience in the social services field. Claudia started their career in 2005 as a Recruiter at California Mentor. In 2006, they worked as a Patient Advocate at Diversified Healthcare Resources. From 2007 to 2013, Claudia worked as a Client Program Coordinator at North Bay Regional Center. In 2014, they became a Social Work Supervisor at Enriching Lives FHA. In 2015, Claudia joined Lifehouse Agency as a Senior Supported Living Manager and later became the Quality Assurance Training Manager. Claudia then progressed to the position of Associate Director in 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of Programs and Operations since January 2023.

Claudia Silva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie during the period from 1996 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Sonoma State University, where they completed their Master's degree in Psychology/Organization Development from 2003 to 2005.
