Deanna Mcgrath is currently the Director of Client Solutions at LIFELENZ. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at The Godfrey Hotel Boston from October 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they oversaw over 80 employees and was responsible for the full spectrum of hotel operations, including housekeeping, engineering, guest services, transportation, food and beverage.

Deanna was able to increase budgeted sales by 9% in 2020 and achieved the 2019 budgeted sales objective of $48.9M. Deanna was also able to leverage operational best practices to improve business and financial results, including streamlining labor planning, inventory management, expense controls, and F&B ordering processes. Additionally, Deanna was responsible for managing the hotel's maintenance and capital expenditures budget, monitor customer feedback, and minimizing food and beverage costs.

Deanna has a proven track record in the hospitality industry of being able to successfully manage large-scale operations while maintaining a focus on the customer experience. Deanna is an innovative thinker who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and grow ROI.

Deanna McGrath has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of South Florida.
