Director, Client Solutions at LIFELENZ

Matthew Svilar is currently the Director of Client Solutions at LIFELENZ. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Accenture Interactive from July 2011 to December 2015. In this role, they served as the Data Management/Governance Lead for all MMM efforts for 5 lines of business for a major telecommunications client. Matthew was also responsible for leading all technical infrastructure that was utilized to house all data, code, and software for data management, modeling, and optimizations activities. Additionally, they oversaw all data governance, processing, developing, and creating all data utilized within the MMM efforts.

Svilar has also worked on a digital analytics and big data strategy project for an international bank where they provided guidance in terms of how best to update and structure the bank's technical architecture to optimize their digital analytics capabilities. In addition, they served as the analytics lead for a major international eCommerce retailer's Relationship Management team which included ad hoc reporting and analysis into customer engagement, overseeing weekly reporting on email campaigns, building out a new reporting dashboard to better understand campaign financial performance in terms of retail categories, and improving the business's understanding into their current measurement methodologies.

Furthermore, Svilar has also worked as the lead analyst/measurement analyst for a major international eCommerce retailer focusing specifically on marketing campaign email pilots. This role included bridging the gap between business and analytics in communicating current results along with devising next steps to optimize future strategies for algorithm based emails that contained a newly implemented algorithm configuration.

Most recently, as a part of a strategic effort to lead the development and planning of a customer care initiative to effectively utilize customer data to enhance the overall customer experience for a major international telecommunications company, Svilar led the effort to build out optimized customer experiences across all relevant workstreams as well as defined and measured the possible utilization of metric reporting to develop an optimized ROI strategy for further system automation.

Matthew Svilar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Matthew also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.

They are on a team with Mackenzie Thorpe - Director, Client Solutions, Dinesh Pandey - EVP, Client Implementation, and Axel Wulff - Chief Financial Officer. Matthew Svilar reports to Stephen Kirkby, Chief Executive Officer.
