Virginie 🦊 Tramier

Virginie Tramier has a diverse range of work experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Virginie 🦊 started their career in 2010 as a Recruiter at Camo Interim, where they worked until 2012. Virginie 🦊 then joined Groupe SNI as an HR Assistant from December 2012 to February 2014. After that, they worked at CILGERE as an HRBP from March 2014 to December 2014. In 2015, they had recruitment roles at SUEZ environnement and Expectra, before joining SFEIR as a Tech Recruiter in January 2016. Virginie 🦊 remained at SFEIR until May 2019. From June 2019 to June 2021, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at Lifen. Virginie 🦊 then progressed to the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Lifen from July 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Virginie works as an HR Business Partner at Lifen starting from April 2023.

Virginie 🦊 Tramier earned their Bachelor of Technology in Sales Management from IMC European Business School, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing from the same institution for the academic year 2009-2010. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IMC European Business School from 2010 to 2012.
