Aminah Sayid

Aminah Sayid has over a decade of work experience in various roles within human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at LifeSci Partners, where they drive organizational excellence and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives. Prior to this, they worked at Sesen Bio as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources, overseeing global HR compliance and advising on HR-related issues. Aminah has also held positions at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, MICRO, XPO Logistics, Inc., Northwell Health, Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, Randstad USA, and TD, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and customer service.

Aminah Sayid completed a Master of Labor and Employment Relations at Rutgers University from 2015 to 2017, with a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General & Labor Studies. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Psychology from Rutgers University. Aminah also obtained a certification in Entelo Basics from Entelo in 2018.
