Simon Guertin

SVP, LIFT session Technology at LifeSpeak

Simon Guertin has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Simon is currently working at LifeSpeak Inc. as the SVP of LIFT session Technology. Prior to this, Simon founded Simon Guertin Inc. in 2008, where they created the first Wine Cellar app for Apple's Appstore and the Quebec Photo Radar app. Simon also served as the Chief Technology Officer at LIFT session from 2015 to 2021, where they played a significant role in developing the first digital platform for the fitness industry. Additionally, Simon worked as a Senior Software Developer at Wyse/Dell from 2012 to 2014 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Trellia from 2005 to 2011. Simon began their career as a Java Software Engineer intern at Marconi in 2000 and also served as a Caporal in the Canadian Grenadier Guards from 1996 to 1998.

Simon Guertin has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université de Sherbrooke, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Simon also holds a Master's degree in Ubiquitous Computing from the same university, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
