Padmi Pathinather has over 28 years of work experience, with a diverse background in human resources and people management. Padmi has held senior leadership roles in various organizations, including Lifestart, Enrichment Consulting, Arriba Group, and Settlement Services International. Their experience includes leading the People and Culture function, partnering with executives to develop corporate strategies, and overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and culture and wellbeing initiatives. Padmi has also worked for global companies such as ResMed, Pfizer, GE Healthcare, and Procter & Gamble, where they have led HR transformations, managed commercial projects, and facilitated mergers and acquisitions. Their expertise lies in creating inclusive and client-centric workplaces, driving organizational capability, and implementing innovative HR practices.

Padmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Macquarie University, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Consulting and Human Resources Management from Deakin University.
