Joe Picco is a seasoned professional in customer experience and guest services, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at LifeStation since September 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. from June 2010 to September 2021, including Vice President of Guest Services and Director of Guest Services. Joe's experience also includes roles as Tournament Operations Manager at PGA TOUR, Account Executive at Commerce Bank Championship, and Sales Coordinator at Octagon. Joe began a career in sports management with positions at PGA TOUR and PGA of America. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, both from Seton Hall University.
