Debbie Laforteza

Debbie Laforteza has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2011. Debbie began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at SM Retail in 2011, followed by a role as Training and Development Specialist at King Sue Ham and Sausages Co. Inc. In 2012, they moved to Suntrust Properties, Inc. as a Junior Human Resources and Administration Officer, where they were responsible for implementing HR plans and policies, overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitments, and developing induction programs for new recruits. In 2016, they became a People Operations Generalist at Travelbook.ph (Travel Book Philippines, Inc.), where they administered compensation, benefits and performance management systems, allocated human resources, and dealt with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. Most recently, in 2021, they became a People Operation and Administration Specialist at Lifetrack Medical Systems.

Debbie Laforteza graduated from New Era University, Quezon City in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
