Lynn Pyke has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Lynn worked at LifeWorks as the Vice President for Contact Centres, Intake, and Clinical services starting in 2016. Prior to this, Lynn was the Director of Operational Excellence at Shepell.fgi starting in 2001. Lynn also worked as a Telecounsellor at WarrenShepell from 2002 to 2004, providing short-term counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Lynn also served as a Crisis Counsellor at Warren Shepell from 2001 to 2002, offering assessment, crisis intervention, and case management services in a call center environment. Additionally, Lynn operated their own private practice called Lynn Pyke Counselling and Consulting from 1997 to 2002.

Lynn Pyke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Mount Allison University from 1991 to 1995. Lynn then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Providence College, which they completed from 1995 to 1997. In 2013, Lynn enrolled at the University of Fredericton and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Innovation Leadership in 2015.
