Katharine Knight

Katharine Knight (nee Hubrecht) serves as the Head of Transformation at Lift Schools, having joined in February 2023. Previously, Katharine held the position of Business and Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture from November 2010 to February 2023, where responsibilities included creating change strategies for global transformation programs and leading the Learning & Development Team for Accenture's Analyst Consulting Group in the UK. In earlier roles, Katharine worked as a consultant within Accenture Development Partnerships, focusing on Digital and Organisational Transformation projects, as well as serving as a Secondary Science Teacher at Teach First and an external education consultant for The Royal Society. Academically, Katharine obtained a first-class MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where studies included Biological Sciences and the History and Philosophy of Science.
