Jiří Holeček has a significant amount of experience in customer service, particularly in leadership roles. Jiří started their career as a Customer Care Team Lead at Dáme jídlo in January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 60 members, recruiting and training new team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the team. Jiří also supervised the compliance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), motivated employees, evaluated and provided feedback on the quality of calls, chats, and emails, and communicated regularly with parent company teams. Additionally, they handled the marketing agenda, including communication on social media, and was involved in creating and updating manuals and macros. Jiří worked at Dáme jídlo until July 2021.
After leaving Dáme jídlo, Jiří joined Twisto payments a.s. as a Customer Care Team Lead in July 2021. Their responsibilities in this role included leading a customer care team, ensuring efficient customer service operations, and providing support to the team members. Jiří continued in this role until May 2023.
In May 2023, Jiří transitioned to Liftago, where they currently serve as the Head of Customer Service.
Jiří Holeček attended Hotelová škola Praha 10, Vršovická 43 from 2014 to 2018, where they studied hotelnictví (hotel management). Jiří did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education, Jiří Holeček has obtained certifications in topics such as consumer choice and motivational feedback. Jiří earned the certification for consumer choice from EFPA Czech Republic in May 2022, and the certification for motivational feedback from Seduo.cz in December 2020.
