Andrea Ranieri

Andrea Ranieri, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Marketing Science at LiftLab since July 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea was a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Symend from January 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing professional services for a B2B2C SaaS solution and leading experimentation to enhance client performance. As a Behavioral Scientist at Symend, Andrea managed cross-functional teams and significantly increased digital engagement and payment speeds through innovative experimentation. Previous experience includes roles such as Content, Development, & Analytics Manager at Triad Behavioral Health, Instructional System Designer at Percepta, and Data Analyst & Database Manager at the Federal Demonstration Partnership. Additionally, Andrea has taught at the University of South Florida and conducted research on human decision-making behavior while holding a Ph.D. in Cognition, Neuroscience, and Social Psychology.
