Jesús Spínola

Jesús Spínola has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jesús most recently worked as a Software Engineer at LIFULL Connect since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer at Plain Concepts from April 2019 to November 2020, where they developed cloud-based data projects on Microsoft Azure using various technologies and tools.

From April 2018 to April 2019, Jesús worked as a Back-end Developer at Sunweb Group, where they were responsible for developing back-end solutions for native iOS and Android apps using C#/.NET and REST APIs deployed on Azure cloud. Jesús also worked as an Application Developer at Sunweb Group from March 2016 to April 2018.

Jesús has a long tenure in Starviewer, where they held multiple roles. From January 2008 to June 2014, they served as a Lead Software Engineer, handling various tasks such as development team management, software lifecycle management, quality assurance, and user support for the medical imaging software "Starviewer." Jesús also deployed Starviewer in major healthcare facilities across Catalonia.

Additionally, Jesús has worked as a Freelance Android App Developer at Alter Sinergies, where they developed an official Android app for a local music festival, and as an R+D Engineer at GILab - Graphics and Imaging Laboratory, where they transferred research and development from medical imaging projects to Starviewer.

From 2010 to 2011, Jesús attended the Escola oficial d'idiomes and obtained a degree in German Language at an elementary level.

In 2005, Jesús enrolled in the Universitat de Girona and completed the Software PhD Course, focusing on Computer Engineering, Scientific Visualization, and Graphics.

Between 2003 and 2005, Jesús pursued a degree in Enginyeria Informàtica (Computer Engineering) at the same university.

From 2000 to 2003, Jesús studied Enginyeria Tècnica en Informàtica de Gestió (Software and Computer Engineering) at the Universitat de Girona.

In 1997, Jesús attended the Conservatori Isaac Albèniz where they completed the Solfa 5th grade program, specializing in Music Theory and Composition.

In terms of additional certifications, Jesús obtained several. In November 2019, Jesús completed the "Learning Docker" certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in September 2019, Jesús obtained the "Docker for .NET Developers with Visual Studio" certification, also from LinkedIn. In June 2010, Jesús obtained the "Cambridge Certificate in Advance English" from the University of Cambridge.
