Jim Nelson is the current General Manager of eCommerce & Marketing at LIFX. Prior to this, they held various positions at companies such as Aesop, LUXE City Guides, and Cotton On Group.
At Aesop, Jim played a critical role in defining and implementing the commercialisation strategies for the customer retail experience across multiple channels. Jim also worked with global teams to design and lead projects to deliver software, marketing solutions and operational processes in an Agile framework. Furthermore, Jim established and managed the Global Online Retail Operations framework to support regional execution to agreed global standards, benchmarks and measures.
At LUXE City Guides, Jim was responsible for leading the digital team and executing the digital strategy across all channels including website, email, social media and mobile. Jim also managed relationships with key suppliers and implemented processes to improve operational efficiencies.
At Cotton On Group, Jim managed the email marketing program which included planning, execution and reporting of all email campaigns. Jim also oversaw the development and implementation of the CRM strategy which increased customer engagement and loyalty.
Jim Nelson has a Bachelor of Science from Flinders University, with a focus in physics and mathematics. Jim also has a Project Management degree from Swinburne University of Technology.
