Mitchell Barneck

Mitchell Barneck has a wealth of experience in the medical field. Mitchell began their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant at Moran Eye Center. In 2013, they became a Medical Student at Oregon Health & Science University. From 2014-2017, they worked at Airway Designs as an Engineer and Researcher. During this time, they were responsible for computationally assessing airflow dynamics of bronchoscopy to support the development of a digital ventilating bronchoscope. In 2017, they became a Healthcare Advisor at MedForums, developing a website and application for organized medical community assessments. Mitchell then worked at Orlando from 2017-2020, where they held various roles including Director of Emergency Ultrasound Informatics, Emergency Clinical Ultrasound Fellow, Chief Resident / Quality Officer, and Emergency Medicine Resident. In 2020, they joined EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, LLP as an Attending Physician. In 2022, they began working at Intermountain Healthcare as the Emergency Ultrasound Director for the Northern Region, and also joined UTAH EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS, P.C. as an Emergency Physician.

Mitchell Barneck attended Clearfield High School from 2004 to 2007. Mitchell then went on to the University of Utah, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering between 2008 and 2013. After that, they attended Oregon Health & Science University, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Medicine in 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, such as the American Heart Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Florida Board of Medicine, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
