Erika Chiccitt

Erika Chiccitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in volunteer coordination and event management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Volunteers at Light of Life Rescue Mission since March 2021, Erika has previously held similar roles at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, scheduling, and retaining volunteers for Good Samaritan Hospice. Erika successfully planned and implemented numerous community events and memorials, focusing on enhancing volunteer communication and retention. With a background in customer service and administrative support across various organizations, Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Messiah University and has additional education in Public Relations and Advertising from Temple University.
