Damon Derrick has over 12 years of experience in sales, customer success, and account management. Damon began their career in 2008 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager at SOLTEC Corporation, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan designed to meet sales and profit goals. In 2012, they moved to Embedded Logix Inc as a Senior Sales Executive, and in 2014 they joined Egnyte as a Corporate Account Executive. In 2015, they became a Corporate Account Executive at Sumo Logic and in 2016 they were appointed Sales Director at OpsClarity. Following the acquisition of OpsClarity by Lightbend in 2017, Damon Derrick became the Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts and then the Director of Customer Success.

Damon Derrick earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Rutgers University.
