Michael Griffin

Michael Griffin has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Michael is currently working as the Managing Director of Broker Solutions at LightBox, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to their current role, Michael served as the Founder, President, and CEO of ClientLook, Ltd. for over a decade, from March 2008 to December 2019.

In addition, they have held various senior positions at Xceligent, including Executive Vice President of Strategic Relationships from January 2015 to December 2017 and Chief Product Officer from January 2013 to January 2015. Michael's career in the industry began at CoStar Group, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Product Director from September 1999 to January 2008.

Before joining CoStar Group, Michael founded and served as the President of ARES Development Group, LLC, a software development company that created ARES for ACT!, a contact management application for the commercial real estate industry. Michael sold the company to CoStar Group in 1999. Michael started their career as a Sales Associate at The Klabin Company from January 1991 to June 1994.
