Gay Ann Henderson

Gay Ann Henderson, Lightfleet’s Corporate Controller, received her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting, from Pacific Lutheran University and went on to obtain her CPA License in the State of Washington. She started her professional accounting career with Ernst & Whiney (now Ernst and Young) focusing on the areas of taxation, audit, and forensic accounting. Gay Ann continued to build on that experience in the private sector. She brings over 30 years of diverse financial and accounting experience to Lightfleet in various industries, including high tech, medical devices, commercial real estate, and development. She embraces the dynamic nature of the business, and the technology and works for the betterment of the employees and shareholders. Gay Ann has been successful in bridging the gaps between accounting, finance, development, engineering, and operations to create an environment where these disciplines work together as business partners.

Gay Ann is a leader and strong mentor. Throughout her career, she has consistently built high-performing teams where they had not existed before. She is committed to ongoing improvement and quality processes to keep the people and business moving forward.
