Katie Zimmerman has a strong background in marketing and brand management. Katie currently works as the Marketing Director at LightForce. Prior to this, they were the Director of Consumer Marketing at Proclaim. Katie also served as the Head of Marketing at Bootstrap Brands. Before that, Katie had a successful tenure at Align Technology, where they held various roles, including Director of Consumer Marketing, Associate Director of Consumer Marketing, and Senior Consumer Marketing Manager for the Invisalign brand. Katie started their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Brand Manager for the LISTERINE franchise and later held roles as a Senior Associate Brand Manager and Associate Brand Manager for LISTERINE and LISTERINE WHITENING. Katie also worked as an MBA Consumer Marketing Associate at Johnson & Johnson, where they focused on micro-targeted marketing strategies for LISTERINE. Katie began their career as a Capital Management Group Associate at Wachovia Corp and gained early experience as an intern at BSN Medical and CEM.
Katie Zimmerman earned their AB in Economics from Duke University from 2002 to 2006. Katie then went on to pursue their MBA with a focus on Marketing and Sustainable Enterprise at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at New York University in 2004, where they studied Italian and Art History.
