Karmichael Sultana

Karmichael Sultana is an experienced analytics engineer with a robust background in data solutions and advanced analytics. Currently serving as the Lead Analytics Engineer at Lighthouse since January 2024, Karmichael previously held the position of Lead Analyst at Route42 from 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included utilizing big data tools, developing dashboards, and implementing machine learning techniques. Karmichael's prior experience includes roles at Cummins Inc. as Lead Design Engineer, overseeing design engineering quality, and positions at Helix and Intrinsys focused on system design and consultancy. Karmichael holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Cranfield University and a Master of Science in Management from Brunel University of London, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta.
